HealthBoxHR allows individual staff members to submit annual leave requests as quickly yet efficiently as possible, having them delivered directly to the correct personnel for approval, either via the HealthBoxHR app, or on any web browser via all smart phones, laptops, desktops or tablets.
Once a new request has been submitted it is visible in real time for the admin team. Information can be filtered based on specific regions or departments and a status graph and date range filter allows for visibility on specific periods of the year where more individuals may be on leave, further assisting with capacity management. Via their own dashboard, users themselves also have a clear view of their own annual leave allowance, showing future dates booked, taken and remaining.

I want to have a free trial and roll it out to our whole organisation, is there a limit to users?
Absolutely not. You can sign up to your free trial quickly and easily here for up to 500 users and if you wish to add more just let us know and we will increase this for you. There's no upper limit.
