Three-quarters of CEOs admit to concealing pandemic-related stress from their employees

Three-quarters of company executives agreed that the previous two years have been extremely stressful, but that they have kept this tension disguised from their employees.

In December 2021, independent research company Censuswide was commissioned to poll 500 UK-based small business decision-makers for the study, titled Get Fit for Business. The data is included in a study that examines how corporate executives are functioning psychologically and physically, as well as their professional and personal relationships and financial metrics.
